Budman Posted November 15, 2005 Report Posted November 15, 2005 What's the 2006 schedule look like. I'm ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hgparkjr Posted November 22, 2005 Report Posted November 22, 2005 12 races, not really worth repairing the car...........................
abrungot Posted November 22, 2005 Report Posted November 22, 2005 12 races.. thats like the chace without the prelude.. I am going to be ready.. hope everyone else will... Will have to be to be in the running..
Truck38 Posted November 22, 2005 Report Posted November 22, 2005 (edited) about 12 races is what i have heard I just hope they won't try and cram in everything like they did in the Spectacular. I fell alseep strapped in my truck while the TAMS were finishing their race @ 1am. Most of the people in the stands are family @ 1am. Plus the 07 missed all his beauty sleep. You can't fix something like that sorry Rusty, Neal's a cop so I need to keep him on my good side. Edited November 23, 2005 by Truck38
Neal Rogers Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 Im with ya cameron... i fell asleep a few times this year while i was strapped in.....them ol race trucks are pretty comfortable. Hey whats this about the 07 and his beauty sleep?
racingnut Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 I wish we could purchase perferred season seating tickets I have my favorite spot but cant always get it
xcellracing Posted November 28, 2005 Report Posted November 28, 2005 Neal fell asleep during most of the races i think(usually around lap 30), and no amount of sleep is going to help out this mug.
Budman Posted December 11, 2005 Author Report Posted December 11, 2005 Well, ........................... hopefully the 06 rules for THR and SAS will be so similar or even identical that you'll be able to run both tracks. That should equate to lots of racing for everyone who ordinarily races at those two tracks.
NickHolt Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 I pulled this from the THR website this afternoon. Looks like nine dates so far with a possiblity for two more along with two post season events - the Spectacular and the NASCAR deal. April 15 April 29 May 27 June 10 June 24 July 15 July 22 August 12 September 2 (Schedule) TBA (Schedule) TBA Post Season Racing Events Sept 23 (Schedule) Spectacular October 30 (Schedule) NASCAR
arts22 Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 They added 2 more dates to the schedule..... July 1st and 2nd. "July 4th" Special
abrungot Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 Friday/Saturday Race.. Hummmm sounds like a weekend of fun!!
Truck99 Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 They added 2 more dates to the schedule..... July 1st and 2nd. "July 4th" Special Sweet! Now if they will just add 3 or 4 more, it will be perfect!
abrungot Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 I would like to see it where Street's get to qualify twice.. and Hobby's atleast once.. .. I like racing the clock some times..
Sarge Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 I like racing the clock some times.. But Aaron, Kathy doesn't have a clock with that many numbers on it. She tried a calander, but that to proved not big enough for the job as well! What can a scorekeeper/timer do? <shrug> Bill "Sarge" Masom
abrungot Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 Sarge.. keep it up and we will find a car for you to race the clock... We all know that will take a lot of #'s..
Budman Posted January 18, 2006 Author Report Posted January 18, 2006 9 races huh? I was talkin with Junior Medlock out at THR last summer. My how times have changed. He was tellin me about how they used to run Austin on Friday night, San Antonio on Saturday night, Round Rock on Sunday afternoon and Waco Sunday night, every week!
