TheLegend96
After winning tonight at Daytona Truex said he resigned with DEI. When asked what car he will be driving he said, "one of them."
Jason
Only cup he will win next year is a sippy cup.
TheLegend96
Jason, Am I sensing a little anger towards DEI? Even after you have been trying to model your voice after Michael........I'm so surprised at you.
TheLegend96
By the way, that was not only a hell of a block he put on Harvick, but some great driving when Harvick was all over him.
Jason
Its a restrictor plate track. Block low they can't go under the line. To bad Harvick didn't fake low and go high. Paul Menard was doing good. That is all you need to know about driver skill needed and a restrictor plate track. Its kind of like USRA cars at TMS. RodneyRodriguez
I've heard the #2 for Truex in '06, wouldn't that be cool, "beer wars" with Little 3 !!!!
Mel
When I first read this thread I thought you ment that Truex resigned (quit) DEI. After reading on Na$car.com I see he re-signed for another 3 years. Mel

KISS_Racing
Yep!!!! Putting Bass Pro Shops on the #1 and leaving the #33 without a major sponsor... Go figure, DEI is leaving Kerry out to dry...
Guest HMPFlagman
Kerry doesnt run, or attempt a full schedule does he? I dont see why Bass Pro wouldnt covery Kerry on those limited attempts. IT was no secret that Bass Pro was going with Truex and the 1 - the 33 car that kerry was driving is a DEI #1 car with different numbers since they are both running a limited schedule this season for DEI. Jason
33 was an rcr car. Doesnt matter though cause Kerry is a terrible driver and has gotten way to many chances just because of his last name.

blueoval
Kerry Earnhardt shouldnt even be allowed to drive to the track better yet drive on the track. I say this is a much better step for Bass Pro Shops.
KISS_Racing
Could be wrong, but I think the #1 and #33 are different cars... Not that DEI doesn't change car #'s... I'm sure somewhere in some kind of Will, Kerry was guaranteed some sort of ride... I have to agree that putting Truex in the #1 and putting Bass Pro Shops on it was a Great move for DEI and for Bass Pro Shops... Whether DEI choose to put BPS on another car is up to them... Many teams put sponsors on multiple vehicles, I'm sure it's written into the contracts that way...
