Ware is quick to credit crew chief Gary Mahoney, the former Pan American Speedway leadfoot who says he has no desire to get behind the wheel again, and the rest of his crew. "Teamwork is the real secret of our success," he said. The former USAC stock car driver admitted that he would like to move up to the TIDA Late Model division, but acknowledged that it takes a pile of money to campaign a front-running Late Model.
