Thunder Hill Raceway will not be open for the usual Thursday night practice for the Late Models due to this special Friday practice session. Gates will open at noon and cars will be able to take the track at 2:00 PM until dark. After practice there will be a social gathering for all Central Texas Drivers and their team members with drinks, food & music provided by Thunder Hill Raceway in the garage area. This celebration is Thunder Hill Raceways way to say thank you to all Central Texas Racers. At that time there will be a drawing for a free set of race tires for all Texas Super Racing Series Late Models that are registered for Saturday's race, given by Thunder Hill Raceway and SS Motorsports. Texas Super Racing Series founder said, "We want the drivers and their teams to know just how much they are appreciated as being a part of this incredible Texas racing Late Model Series or to those that may be thinking of joining us." This "testing & tuning" is open to all late model drivers. Camping is allowed and the race cars can remain in the Pit Parking Area overnight. Following the practice, Thunder Hill Raceway will hold a social gathering for all drivers, families and team members in the garage area, with food, drinks and music. SS Motorsports has joined with Thunder Hill Raceway and will hold a drawing for a free set of racing tires for all TSRS Late Model drivers who are registered to race on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at Thunder Hill.
