Powers Two in a Row in NCRA Modifieds!

Park City, Kansas – July 1, 2017 - Former two-time series champion Dan Powers started on the pole and went on to claim his second victory of the season as the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division competed at 81 Speedway in Park City on Saturday night.
Jason McGehee, seventh starting Tyler Davis, Ryan McAninch and Brendon Gemmill rounded out the top five.

Heat races for the thirty car field were won by T.J. Tolan, Powers, McGehee and Brandon Massey while rookie of the year contender Jon Herring, Jr. took home the night’s “B” feature.

Next up for the NCRA modified division will be the two-day running of the 61st annual O’Reilly Auto Parts Hutchinson Grand Nationals presented by Midwest Super Store atop the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas on Friday and Saturday night, July 14-15. Saturday night’s championship feature winner will earn $3000.
