TRP
As you build a team for the rebirth of a great track such as Texana Raceway Park, it is especially helpful when you are able to attract staff that has notable experience and a love of dirt track racing. We are very pleased to announce that Mr. Owen Pittman has accepted the position of Track Announcer for the 2017 season at Texana Raceway Park! Mr. Pittman was the operator at South Texas Speedway for many years and also played important roles in oval track racing in central and south Texas prior to operating South Texas Speedway. He is extremely talented and is very interactive with the fans. His vast knowledge of dirt track racing combined with his ability to entertain will be a real treat for the fans in 2017! arob
Fans need to experience TRP as well. Fun place to visit and a nice family atmosphere.Be prepared to bring lawn chair or blanket as seating is limited. This is not a bad thing , it ads to the atmosphere there. You will definately like it there.
