As the current Promoter and Operator of I-37 Speedway and the former Operator of San Antonio Speedway, I wish to express my appreciation to USRA for inviting me and my I-37 Speedway staff to their professionally conducted press conference on Tuesday, March 29. I wish San Antonio Speedway the best as it institutes operational changes which it believes will improve and expand our sport.
