Notes to drivers, crews and owners:

 

This schedule will be followed as closely as possible.

 

All types of trailers will be allowed in the pit areas during the Friday practice session. Open trailers will be allowed in the pits on Saturday (no standing on top of trailers, please). To make our races are fan-friendly, all enclosed trailers will need to be removed from the pit area prior to the start of Saturday's practice sessions (12:00P). One personal vehicle per racer will be allowed in the pit area.

 

Before each race on Saturday, the spectator gate in Turn 1 will be opened for spotters and anyone else who wishes to cross over from the pits. However, only the spotters will be allowed back into the pits after their races.

 

Pit lineups: USRA Super Late Models - next to pit road; USRA AllStar Race Trucks - middle of the pit area; and SAS Sportsman cars - near the back straightaway.

 

The policy on minors in the pits will be issued in a separate press release.
