(June 22, 2016) – It’s take two for Outlaw Motor Speedway’s big IMCA Weekend Blowout this Friday and Saturday, June 24-25. After getting washed out over Memorial Day weekend, all systems are go this weekend for the big IMCA even atop the 3/8-mile clay oval near Muskogee, OK. The IMCA Weekend Blowout Weekend features two full nights of action including the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Modifieds and IMCA Stock Cars with the Pure Stocks joining in on Friday’s action and then the Grand Nationals taking part in Saturday’s card. Plenty of extra money is on the line as well, with the IMCA Modifieds battling it out for $1,000 on Friday and then $2,000 to win on Saturday. The IMCA Sport Modifieds chase a $700 first-place share on Friday and then $1,400 winner’s share on Saturday while the IMCA Stock Cars go for $500 to win both nights. The top eight in Friday’s features for each of the IMCA classes lock into Saturday’s IMCA Weekend Blowout finale that features 40-lap features for the IMCA Modifieds and IMCA Sport Modifieds that will both be run in two 20-lap segments. The IMCA Stock Car finale will be a 30-lapper. Dalton Clay currently holds a 14-point lead over Kent Bright in the Outlaw Motor Speedway IMCA Modified championship points battle with Kinzer Edwards 20 points ahead of Logan Ellis in IMCA Sport Modified points and Kevin Flock just two points ahead of Mike Wiseman in IMCA Stock Car points. Gates open at 5:00 p.m. with racing action going green at 7:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday for this weekend’s IMCA Weekend Blowout.
