First USMTS at Shady Oaks then World of Outlaws at Cotton Bowl and now the South Texas Shootout March 4 and 5. $10,000 to win for Sportsmods! If they get 75 which has never been a problem before for this event. If less than 75 it's still $5000 to win which is great in itself. This will bring the best Sportsmods from all over Texas , and maybe some beyond, to Corpus Christi , Texas. Add to this is $2000 to win for Pure Stocks and the unveiling of the Topless E-Mods which is the fastest growing class at STS. Plus the track has been made wider which ought to make an already exciting track even better. I understand practice had around 50 cars show Friday night so this event is another CAN'T MISS EVENT!!! So make your plans now to make a weekend in Corpus Christi and make this event . You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! What a great time to be a South Texas race fan!!!
