LakeFest XXIV is just around the corner, and we need your help to make it the best year yet! We are looking for volunteers for August 7th-9th in all areas of the event. Every volunteer will receive a free LakeFest Volunteer T-shirt and a wristband for each day worked. If you work more than 3 hours in a day, you will also receive a free lunch voucher. See below for open times. BEER BOOTH ** MUST BE 21 TO WORK BEER BOOTH** No cash will be handled in the beer booth. This station deals strictly with tokens. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-4:00pm, 4:00pm-Close * Saturday: 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-4:00pm, 4:00pm-Close * Sunday: 2:00pm-Close, 5:00pm-Close COKE & WATER No cash will be handled in coke & water. This station deals strictly with tokens. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm, 5:00pm-Close * Saturday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-Close * Sunday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 5:00pm-Close FRONT GATE Cash & Credit Cards will be taken at Front Gate. This station issues wristbands sold at event. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-4:00pm, 4:00pm-Close * Saturday: 7:00-10:00am, 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-4:00pm, 4:00-Close * Sunday: 7:00-10:00am, 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-4:00pm, 4:00pm-Close MERCHANDISE No cash will be handled in merchandise. This station deals strictly with tickets. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-Close * Saturday: 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm, 4:00pm-Close * Sunday: 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm, 4:00pm-Close TOP ELIMINATOR CLUB The Top Eliminator Club, located inside the Lakeside Pavilion, has 3 stations of its own. This area is air conditioned. TEC MERCHANDISE No cash will be handled in TEC Merchandise. This station deals strictly with pre-issued tickets. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 2:00-5:00pm * Saturday: 2:00-5:00pm, 4:00pm-Close * Sunday: 8:00-11:00am, 4:00pm-Close TEC BAR #1 & #2 **MUST BE 21 TO WORK BAR** Cash will be taken at both TEC bars. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 10:00am-1:00pm * Saturday: Noon-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm * Sunday: 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm TEC SERVING No cash will be handled. This station will assist in serving food to Top Eliminator Club patrons. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Saturday: 8:00-9:30am, Noon-1:30pm, 2:00-5:00pm * Sunday: 7:00-9:00am, Noon-1:30pm, 2:00-5:00pm TOKENS Cash will be taken in tokens. This station issues tokens for drinks and tickets for merchandise. Open Spaces Are As Follows: * Friday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-Close * Saturday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm, 5:00pm-Close * Sunday: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00am-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm, 5:00pm-Close CLEAN UP CREW Perhaps the most important volunteer position at LakeFest, the Clean Up Crew helps to keep the park clean throughout the event as well as help tear down and clean up Sunday. The Clean Up Crew will meet each day at 5pm at the Will-Call booth. (Please Note: We will not begin cleanup until after the final race each day.) Remember, all volunteers will receive 1 free LakeFest volunteer t-shirt, as well as a wristband for each day worked. If you work for more than 3 hours in a day, you will also receive a free lunch voucher.
