Lanterman Leads NCRA Modifieds to Hutch This Fathers Day

Park City, Kansas June 15, 2015 - Current division point leader Josh Lanterman of Wichita, Kansas will lead the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division into racing action this coming Fathers Day Sunday night at the famed Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Lanterman kicked off the season two weeks ago with the season opening victory at Butler County Speedway in Rising City, Nebraska and will come into the night with a slim five point lead over his brother, Dan Powers. Powers picked up his first ever series championship last year and won atop the famed half mile oval back in July, earning claim the prestigious Hutchinson Grand Nationals.

Tyler Davis looked fast at the season opener and will be a series threat to claim the tour championship. Other drivers expected include Nebraska veteran Jon Thompson, Marc Hurd, Clint McFadden, Justin Moler and many more. Over twenty modified drivers from throughout the state of Kansas are expected.

Also competing will be the series sprint car and late model divisions as well as the 305-ci sprint car division. Pit gates will open at 5:00 PM and race action slated for a 7:00 PM start time. Adult general admission is $15 for adults.
