NCRA Modified Division Set for Inaugural Butler County Visit!

 

 

Park City, Kansas May 26, 2015 - The National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products modified division will embark on new territory this coming Saturday night (May 30) as they make their first ever appearance at Butler County Speedway in Rising City, Nebraska.

 

Defending tour champion Dan Powers of Wichita, Kansas headlines a list of heavy hitters the tour will bring to the tracks Gaver Tire Modified Mania night at the speedway where $1000 will be up for grabs and just making the twenty car feature finale will pay $300 to start. Also, one lucky modified tire will earn an extra $100, courtesy of Gaver Tire.

 

NCRA rules only apply, no USRA rules will be allowed for this event.

Other touring regulars expected include former touring champion Marc Hurd, Josh Lanterman, Dustin Belcher, Jason McGehee, Don Hodge, Chris Pitts and lone Nebraska driver Jon Thompson, who will look to bring home the victory in front of his home-state crowd. Close to thirty drivers are expected.

 

Adult general admission tickets are $10 for adults and $ for students ages 13-17 years of age.

 

There are several different directions to get to Butler County Speedway, they are as follows:

 

From Omaha- Hwy 92 West for 56 miles, turn right on Hwy 81 North for 7 miles, turn right on Road 38 for 2 miles and then turn right on Road C south for 1/2 mile.

 

From Lincoln-34 West till you hit Hwy 15 North until you hit Hwy 92 West, 92 West for 14 miles, turn right on Hwy 81 North for 7 miles, turn right on Road 38 for 2 miles and then turn right on Road C south for 1/2 mile.

 

From York or I-80- Hwy 81 North for 32 miles thru towns of Stromsburg, Osceola and Shelby, turn right on Road 38 for 2 miles, then turn right on Road C south for 1/2 mile.

 

From Columbus-Hwy 81 South for 10 miles, turn on Road 38 for 2 miles, turn right on Road C south for 1/2 mile.
