If the contingency points arent explained in TPS rules could you explain the contingency points then? Obviously it has something to do with last years points standings, but what is it used for? NeilTPS Posted May 27, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 27, 2015 Josh: 2014 contingency points were shown as an easy reference to all participants. The 2014 contingency points would be used only, as stated in TPS Race Bulletin #3, "If time trials not held or completed, Feature Race will grid by entry date then 2014 TPS point standings". If that happens, TPS will have pre-stated the "Contingency" plan which would secondly use 2014 points if necessary. Btw: The TPS UPDATED Race Bulletin #3 is posted elsewhere in this forum.
