Grant Enfinger, driver of the No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet SS, was credited with a 19th-place result after a wreck in the late stages of the Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care at Toledo (Ohio) Speedway.

Enfinger posted the fastest time in qualifying, earning his first Menards Pole Award presented by Ansell of 2015.

Enfinger remained a top contender for the majority of the race, leading 153 laps battling inside the top three for most of the race.

The Fairhope, Ala. native was racing side-by-side for the lead on the lap 176 restart when he had an electrical issue. As a result, Enfinger lost power going into turn three, causing him to slow and was turned into the backstretch wall. The incident relegated Enfinger to a 19th-place finish. Enfinger will continue his journey for the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards championship at New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) on May 24th.

GRANT ENFINGER QUOTE:

I cannot thank everyone at GMS Racing enough for their hard work and dedication. It was a very disappointing ending to todays race but we have to keep our heads up and focus on New Jersey (Motorsports Park) this coming weekend. We had a fast Allegiant Travel Chevrolet, and just ran into some bad luck with a mechanical failure. I felt like we had the car to beat, but we have an opportunity to get back on track next week at NJMP.
