This Week's GMS Racings Chevrolet Silverado at Talladega Superspeedway ... Joey Coulter will pilot chassis No.011 in the Fred's 250 Powered By Coca-Cola at Talladega Superspeedway. This Chevrolet Silverado has unloaded once this season with the Jeff Stankiewicz-led team. On February 21 at Daytona International Speedway, Coulter qualified fifth and finished in 32nd-place. Prior to being in the GMS Racing fleet, Chassis No. 011 spent time at Richard Childress Racing with Ty Dillon.

Shake and bake with Joey Coulter ... Although this weekend marks Coulter's first Talladega Superspeedway appearance with GMS Racing, the Miami Springs, Fla., driver has made three other NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts at the 2.66-mile track. He has earned an average starting position of 9.0 and an average finishing position of 20.3. Last year with Kyle Busch Motorsports, the 24-year-old qualified ninth and finished in 27th-place. Coulter also has one NASCAR Nationwide Series start at the Talladega, Ala., facility. With Joe Gibbs Racing in 2013, he finished in 21st-place. In addition, Coulter has four starts at Talladega Superspeedway with the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) Racing Series.

Come Fly with Me ... The No. 21 Chevrolet Silverado team will sport the white, blue and orange colors this weekend at Talladega Superspeedway, with Allegiant Travel adorning the hood and quarter panels. The paint scheme was inspired by the Allegiant airline fleets scheme. With low-low fares, nonstop flights, all-jet service and premier travel partners, Allegiant provides a complete travel experience with great value without all the hassle.

In the Rearview Mirror: Las Vegas Motor Speedway ... Joey Coulter and GMS Racings No. 21 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado team earned their third consecutive top-10 finish with a 10th-place finish in the Rhino Linings 350 on September 27.

JOEY COULTER QUOTE:

You never really know what to expect when it comes to Talladega Superspeedway. I don't think we race anywhere that is as unpredictable and wild as Talladega; Daytona (International Speedway) is close but its not the same animal. The trick to these plate-races is to bring the best missile you have and then hope that you make the right decision at the right time.

We are bringing the same Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado that we had at Daytona with a fresh built body and an Earnhardt-Childress Racing (ECR) engine. Those elements are two of the most essential parts of superspeedway racing. The third element is one of the best parts about this weekend; having a teammate, someone that you can trust to have your back. It is super important in this type of racing and it makes it a little more fun when it works out just right.

Spencer Gallagher

No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado

This Week's GMS Racings Chevrolet Silverado at Talladega Superspeedway ... Spencer Gallagher will pilot Chassis No. 027 in the Fred's 250 Powered By Coca-Cola at Talladega Superspeedway. This Chevrolet Silverado will make its maiden voyage with the Ryan Pickle London-led team for the 2014 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season on Saturday. Prior to being in the GMS Racing fleet, Chassis No. 027 spent time at Richard Childress Racing.

Gallagher in "The Heart of Dixie" Saturday will be Gallaghers first career start at Talladega Superspeedway in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. However, the Las Vegas native has competed in three ARCA Racing Series events at Talladega Superspeedway. Earlier this year with GMS Racing, he started in the 18th-postion and finished fifth.

Seventh Season Start Talladega Superspeedway will mark Gallaghers seventh start of the 2014 season with GMS Racing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and his tenth career series start. Gallagher will compete in two additional events in the No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado, including events at Phoenix International Raceway and at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

In the Rearview Mirror: Las Vegas Motor Speedway ... Spencer Gallagher and the No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet Silverado team earned a 13th-place finish in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Rhino Linings 350 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on September 27. The Las Vegas native started the 146-lap race from the sixth position and did not fall outside of the top 15, spending a majority of the race running in the top 10.

Building Momentum Spencer Gallagher, driver of the No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards, earned a hard-fought victory in the ARCA 98.9 at Kansas Speedway on October 3. The result marks Gallagher's first career ARCA Racing Series win, as well as his first win with GMS Racing.

Spencer Gallagher Quote:

I'm excited to get on track at Talladega (Superspeedway) with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Earlier this year, luck was on our side and we had a top-five finish with the ARCA Racing Series in our No. 23 Allegiant Travel Chevrolet.

The biggest thing about racing at Talladega Superspeedway is trying to avoid the inevitable Big One. If we can keep out of trouble and keep our Chevrolet Silverado clean this weekend, I think well have a good shot to run up front on Saturday.
