NCRA Late Model Season Comes to a Close with Berck Champion!

 

 

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Park City, Kansas September 22, 2014 - Officials with the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products announced Monday that the series late model tour will not be a part of this Saturday nights scheduled season finale with the MARS DIRTcar series at the Salina High Banks Speedway in Salina, Oklahoma.

 

However, all touring regulars are encouraged to participate in this event billed as the Late Model Invasion even though it will not be a point event for the NCRA.

 

With the announcement, Kyle Berck of Marquette, Nebraska has officially clinched his second career series late model championship. Jeremy Petty, Chris Kratzer, Wylan Petrie and Bill Leighton round out the top five in the final point standings for the 2014 race season.

 

Berck and the NCRA sprint and modified champion will be officially crowned at the series year end banquet in late January. Date and location will be forthcoming.
