Grayson County Speedway Memorial Day Weekend

We are going to try something different for our Memorial Day show. Instead of paying high pit passes and entry fees we are going to run 2 separate shows. No qualifying for Sundays race, no penalty for only running one night, no starting behind everybody that ran Saturday. Grandstand prices stay the same all weekend and the only thing that costs more is pit passes are $30 on Sunday. The incentive for racing both nights is sweep money. If a driver wins the feature both nights he or she can win up to $500 extra (14 or less cars in a class pays $250 by Sundays car count, 15 or more cars in a class pays $500 by Sundays car count)
Saturday May 24th will be a regular night with regular pay. No qualifying for Sunday and spots 1-20 pay out. We have something very special planned for Saturday night that you don't want to miss while we honor our veterans.
Sunday May 25th we will add $50 to every starting spot in every class. Money has been donated as well to add on to what we are already doing. Sunday will be draw redraw and redraw will take place on front stretch before each feature for the fans to see and will line up accordingly. Number of heat races ran will determine how many redraw out of each heat.
Novice Stock, Hobby Stock run home track rules but must comply with GCS tire rule (60 series street tire or NASCAR pulloff, may be grooved)
Hot Stock rules fit with most every track around.
Sportmods will run IMCA rules but will not be sanctioned.
Modifieds will run IMCA (non-sanctioned) and USRA rules (tell us what you are when you check in and that will determine by what rules you are teched)
STEMS will run STEMS rules.
NO MOTOR CLAIM in any class for Memorial Day weekend.
