TEXAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY INDIVIDUAL TICKETS FOR 2005 GO ON SALE NOV. 6

 

FORT WORTH-DALLAS -- (October 19, 2004)

 

Individual tickets to April and June 2005 races at Texas Motor Speedway go on sale Saturday, November 6 at 9 a.m. (CST). Individual tickets for the November 2005 race events will go on sale at a later date.

 

Tickets will be available at the Gate 4 and 5 ticket windows along the frontstretch of the superspeedway on Saturday, Nov. 6, with a 20-ticket limit per purchase in effect for fans acquiring tickets in person. Fans may also purchase individual tickets that day by calling the speedway ticket hotline at (817) 215-8500 or going online to www.texasmotorspeedway.com <http://www.texasmotorspeedway.com>. Following that day, fans purchasing tickets in person can do so in the main ticket office.

 

Individual tickets for the 2005 races on sale Nov. 6:

* Friday, April 15 Crown Royal IROC Race International Race of Champions

* Saturday, April 16 O'Reilly 300 NASCAR Busch Series

* Sunday, April 17 Samsung/RadioShack 500 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series

* Friday, June 10 Fort Worth 400k NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series

* Saturday, June 11 Bombardier 500k Indy Racing League IndyCar Series

 

"We have just concluded an exciting season of racing here at Texas Motor Speedway, but 2005 will be the biggest and most spectacular year of racing we have ever had," speedway president Eddie Gossage said. "Our season ticket sales are going great, so I am sure there will be a big rush to purchase individual tickets when they go on sale Nov. 6."

 

Season tickets for 2005 at Texas Motor Speedway are currently on sale and include the same frontstretch seat to every major event along with a ticket to Fandango 4, the "Season Ticket Holder Only" party on Thursday, April 14 during the Samsung/RadioShack 500 week.
