NeilTPS
I was asked, “What ever happened to Shelma Walton, Owner of J and S Racing Promotions”? I don’t know. The last I knew was her office was in Elmendorf, Texas. Does anybody know?

NeilTPS
Rick: Nice to hear from you in sunny Florida. She cut out owing $400 of $600 in sponsorship money she promised in a signed contract with the Texas Pro Sedans for promotions at three Thunderhill races. To Shelma’s credit, she did pay the first $200 of the deal between her and TPS. And Rick my friend …- that owed $400 is one of several reasons why TPS did not agree to run in her track rental race at CC Speedway on August 4, 2007. I was obligated to protect all TPS drivers from a potential loss of their posted purse and suspected non-payment of the insurance premium by Shelma. QUESTION: Wasn'’t that the race when she didn’t pay any of the posted purse to any of the many classes who came to Corpus Christi to race for her?
