NeilTPS Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 July 23 - I-37 Speedway Weather Reports here As of Wednesday, July 21 at 11:00am: For Race Day - July 23 racing program at I-37 Speedway is again forecasting excellent weather. Friday night forecast - Mainly clear and fair skys, NO RAIN, high 94 - low 73 degrees. The pits and gates opened at 4:00pm - first race will take the green flag at 8:30pm.
