At the start of the Street Stock feature, Tony Blankenship took the lead. But, in just a few laps, King was pressuring and pulled off a nice pass on the inside. From that point forward Blankenship maintained pressure on King, but the young King never flinched. This consisted of dad Russell Bloom, and sons Jason Bloom and Justin Bloom. It appeared that the dad told the sons they had a responsibility to put on a show for the fans and that is just what the sons did. Justin took the early lead in the Hot Stock Truck Feature, but younger brother Jason decided he wanted so share in some of the glory, so near the half way point in the race, Jason made the pass and held on to the lead for the remainder of the feature to take the win at the checkers. 49 Jason Bloom 84 Justin Bloom 43 Bob Ort 76 Justin “Peanut” Airhart 8 Larry Paris 44 Billy Ragsdale 55 Russell Bloom 88 Mikey Harvell 62 Scott Symons (dns) In Modified action it was Jessee Manning and Rory Jordon battling it out to the lead. Manning got the early lead and then decided he would set the track on fire. Both Jordon and Manning are USMTS competitors when events visit the gulf south and on this night they were very fast. But, Manning had what appeared to be the perfect set up combined with the perfect power. He set the track on fire hitting his marks lap after lap and took the win. 76 Jessee Manning 7x Rory Jordon 4 Stew Savage 94 Nick Hardcastle 29 Jamie Campbell 77 Jason Lewis 96 Foster Ellison(dnf) Late Model action saw David Kulhanek having dialed his car in to start placing some pressure on Eric Neal.
