Be cool to see george hagy back in a late model

wow Brad as i was looking at the results i was thinking the same thing, about a week ago i had pulled up an old sas article and it had him in the results, i was wondering what had happened to him

Hagy left this area in the late 80 time frame and went to work for Frankie Grille at the then Neil Bonnett Race Cars (Now GARC).

He later ended up hanging bodies for Bill Davis in Nascar, and had his own shop for other sheetmetal related work.

He has relocated back to San Antonio for a few different reasons, and is currently doing some metal work on a street rod Bob McCall is building for Jack Chisenhall of Vintage Air.

I'm thinking the last year he ran was 93.

He may have run some back home, I know he was with Grille in 89/90, ran into him at a Mobile/Pensacola ALL Pro doubleheader crewing for Red Farmer in a Bonnett car.
