i37DirtTrackMama Posted October 3, 2010 Report Posted October 3, 2010 I-37 RACEWAY would like to congratulate the 2010 Track Champions. The track winners that were crown last night are FRONT RUNNERS--NICK HENCEY; PURE STOCKS--MARC ROY; STREET STOCKS-- WADE JONES; and LIMITED LATE MODELS--RICHARD BARTOSH. The two IMCA classes were determined last week and are IMCA SPORT MOD--JOHNNY TORRES and IMCA MODIFIEDS--BILL PITTAWAY. We are very proud of all of our racers and want to congratulate each and everyone of you guys and gals for making 2010 a great year of racing for I-37 Raceway. You all have been very loyal to the track with car counts going up weekly making for some very competitive racing for all the classes which is what it is all about. The sportsmanship has also exemplary which is what is making our track a “family friendly” facility where fans and racers can come and enjoy an exciting sport. The racing friendships that have been formed are also important for the track to succeed with all of you experienced racers advising and helping the drivers with questions and don’t really know “what is wrong” or “how to do it”. This is what helps the inexperienced drivers not get discouraged and to move-up in classes. Thanks to all of you “go to” drivers. We also want to thank the sponsors for 2010 and hope to continue to represent their business in 2011. There is always someone doing something for the track to make it better because they care. Also want to thank all of you racers and your families that have taken time out from you busy life schedules to go to car shows and parades to promote the track. This is a major way of the public finding out about us. Spread the word about the track and our fan count will also continue to grow. CONGRATULATIONS WINNERS, ALL RACERS AND YOUR PIT CREWS!!!! P.S. Don’t forget about the 1000 Buck Shootout October 22 &23. Let’s make it the BEST EVER!! Quote
