I for one have to say that this years spectacular was the best ever. I saw some of the best racing in all the classes I got to watch. I will admit that I expected a different outcome on some of the races but was happy to be wrong, I saw some of the best and most classy racing all season this weekend. I was glad to be a small part of a great event. I think that most of us agree that Mary Ann and H.E. Nauman and the THR staff worked there a$$ off to pull off an awesome weekend. However, I also believe the support of 175 teams made the weekend the succes it was. I know my crew had a great time, as we are all whooped right now wishing there was another day left before returning to work. lol THR's stock car season may be over for the year but this weekend renewed my optimism for next year. Hope it comes around soon.

Graham and I had a great time last night right up until the point that a Texas State Trooper decided to give me a warm welcome to Bastrop on the way home.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that. Can you write that off as a business expense?

Sorry, just trying to make light of it.

I totally agree with Cory. We had a new sponsor in the stands Saturday night and he and his wife had a great time. I am quoting," I like how the races went off one after another, not a lot of down time between races. They kept the show moving."

Thanks to H, MA, Deb, and the whole THR staff for the season. Now take that well deserved day off.

I also want to say to Rodney & Bobby, you guys do a great job with the fans. I know you both love to race but, keep doing the double duty, we need you on the microphones.

A big Thank you for everyone who competed at THR this year and making it a very memorial year for me. A special Thank You to Mary Ann and H with the expert help from Debbie Williams who graciously put on a very special event in memory of my son Steven who was always with me in the past. I would have found it difficult to continue going to races on my own but that event brought so much closure to his son and me that I will be there whenever they are racing provided of course I am able to. Thunderhill has become very special to me not only because of that event but because of the great staff there, the great competitors and the great fans. The spectacular was a great show again this year and I was super impressed by the car count and hope that this is a sign for a great 2011 season. To everyone at THR ..... Thanks. Dano and Chris Longley
