SEPTEMBER 25th RACE UPDATE

I think we finally have the racing Gods on our side. There was a “red” rain cell Southeast of the track this afternoon headed right towards the track but it split in two, half went to the South and the other half to the North so the track got sprinkles. Don’t know if we will be that lucky over night and during the day tomorrow, but we made it thru today. Jim feels that the track is going to be in good shape if our luck holds. The go-cart track is also drained and will be ready to go. The pits are good and if there is any question about them tomorrow we will put the big haulers across the driveway in the field. Soooo let’s keep positive thoughts and hope tomorrow goes as good as today did.

 

Pass the word to racers and fans that the race is on unless someone makes the racing Gods mad… everyone be on your best behavior for the next 24 hours then you can let loose on the track. Hope to see everyone Saturday night.

wish I could be there but work calls my name wanted to come see some friends but such is life have fun for me or at me makes no mind

Being this is imcas last point race, how will they line up? By points? Will there be heats?

Joe I'm not a track spokesperson---LOL---but in the past I-37 has run the last night as a regular program unlike Texas Thunder does on championship night.
