Countdown Begins on 2010 Race Season

Beaumont, Texas (September 20, 2010) - The countdown has begun on the 2010 race season at Golden Triangle Raceway Park. The next three weeks all of the fast lane classes will compete for championship points, with the exception of the Jr. Mini Stocks who raced their final night last Friday.

 

The top ten in the Jr. Mini standings are: 1-Tyler Harris, 2-Taz Nelson, 3-Hayden Howard, 4-Luke Nelson, 5-Blake Adair, 6– Mallory Wishert, 7-Van German, 8-Garrick Franks, 9-Karli Richardson, 10-Chris Wood.

 

Besides the extreme action ahead, GTRP will continue to have special side attractions for the fans during intermission. Last week their was a 4-wheel race challenge between some of the pit crews plus a Hula Hoop Contest for the kids. This week, during intermission there will by a Frozen T-shirt contest. All ages can participate, have fun and win prizes.
