NickHolt
Additional PINKS All Out Racer Entries offered at Houston Raceway Baytown, Texas (July 1, 2010) – During last month’s initial on sale for racer entries to PINKS All Out at Houston Raceway Park, it only took two hours for the allotted 500 coveted spots to be filled. The demand for the popular program continues to generate hundreds of inquiries from eager participants each and every week wanting to enter the October 15-16 taping of the show. As a result Houston Raceway Park has been granted permission from Pullin Television, the producers of the show, to open up an additional 50 spots bringing the total to 550, the number of racer entries. Beginning Tuesday, July 6, at 10:00a.m Central time, prospective participants may click to www.HoustonRaceway.com or call the Houston Raceway Park Box Office at (281) 383-7223 to register. “We are simply amazed how wide spread the popularity for PINKS All Out is in Southeast Texas,” said Seth Angel, Houston Raceway Park General Manager. “The SPEED Channel network has done an incredible job reaching a diverse fan base as is evident with our upcoming event this October.” Each PINKS ALL OUT event combines a large-scale television production with the sights, sounds and atmosphere of a live drag racing experience. It's a full Saturday worth of entertainment, including two time trial sessions, a final 16-car shootout and a full roster of drag racing exhibitions. When not in the stands, fans can experience the SPEED Mobile Theatre, purchase officially licensed PINKS ALL OUT merchandise, enjoy a merchant's midway and take in a variety of family oriented activities. Fridays of event weekend are reserved for racer registration and a pre-event test and tune session. The hour-long program currently airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET as part of the network's "Big Block Thursday." Season Four is expected to premiere in July of 2010.
