All Golden Triangle Raceway Classes in Action Friday Plus Box Car Races for Kids

Beaumont, TX (April 5, 2010) - If things hold true to form, the action provided by all of the Golden Triangle Raceway Park classes this Friday, April 9th, will be extreme. Why!?! Because they’ve had two week off to tweak their engines, check out the dynamics and most of all get their adrenalin flowing. That’s the way it is in racing. Be ready and give it your all.

Also, it will be the second performances of those amazing Box Car Racers. Because of its popularity, this event for young race fans, 12 years old and younger, will be a GTRP monthly event.

Two main rules for the box car races are: (1) To be eligible for prizes all kids MUST WEAR TENNIS SHOES and SOCKS. (2) Each box car racer MUST have one pit crew member who will be responsible for removing and replacing shoes and socks midway in the race. This is a real hoot! Fun for all who race and all who watch.

 

The ASCS sprints that were rained out last Friday will be back at the track on May 28th. Next week, April 16th, the United States Modified Touring Series will invade the track. This is an outstanding, professional modified organization that always puts on a top notch show. A must see!
