Sarge Posted April 4, 2010 Report Share Posted April 4, 2010 Ask the TBS crew about the changes they needed to do to race their cars on the dirt at Texas Thunder. I don't think they had to change much. I know from talking to them a couple of times, that they are basically running the same setup as at Thunder Hill. Of course, different tires, but they both came out there the first time with their pavement cars, and ran pretty good. Just a thought. We had 20 cars start the feature last night. And they will let you run the first night, as long as your not way too far above the SS rules. After that, you would have to get it right, but first night out you usually get a pass. Banker36 Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 Sarge, I would love to try dirt but Im not sure I wanna get the SS that dirty and have to pop the windshield out, buy dirt tires, etc.... Im still racing at THR, my parents were just talking about going to the races at HMP next Saturday and I thought about the possibility of running there.. Thats all.
