“First Response Night” set at Golden Triangle - A Racing Tribute to Emergency Personnel

by Joy Graham

This Friday, September 11 (911), Golden Triangle Raceway Park will give FREE admission to all Emergency First Responders. This includes fire fighters, law enforcement officers, EMS crews, and all service men and women including the National Guard. Proper identification is required. The First Responders will not only get to see the regular race show, but will also get to cheer on representatives from each of their groups in a special race.

We hope race fans will come out in full force this week to help us salute our area’s First Responders, who do so much to keep us safe.

All regular Golden Triangle Classes will be racing. The action among these competitors is growing more and more intense as the end of the 2009 GTRP Championship Season draws near.

Golden Triangle Raceway Park is located on W. Hwy. 90 between Beaumont and China, Texas. Pit gates open at 5 p.m. and the grandstand gate opens at 6:00. Fast lane action gets underway at 7:30. For more racing information visit www.motoramaspeedway.com or call 409-752-7200.
