txtom
Billy Hagan passed away Friday at age 75. You will remember him as the owner who gave Terry Labonte his start in Cup racing. Have not seen any other details.

tqj3
I remember Billy Hagan as a top SCCA A-Sedan racer in the late 1960s and early 1970s as well. Good ride, cowboy.

NeilTPS
Billy Hagan was from Louisiana. He was a enthusiastic supporter of the only super speedway near his home, Texas World Speedway. Billy saw Terry LaBonte in his early racing days at CC Speedway, Meyer Speedway Houston and TWS. He gave Terry several breaks that led to his well known successes in NASCAR. I knew him well.
