Kathy
yup 3 in a row. that is cool. thanks guys. Do you think they are trying to confuse us. They moved Colts name to the top when you vote now. Seems odd since it has been in the same place all along until now. Just be real careful and click on the right name before you vote. debwill
Here's the latest press release from the ASA LMS regarding the voting: The Lucky Seven remain in the 2007 ASA Late Model Series Most Popular Driver Award Voting. By: Matt Prieur-ASA Late Model Series Lexington, Michigan (11/26/2007): The on-going ASA Late Model Series Most Popular Driver Award contest remains one of the most exciting off season contests in ASALMS history. The nominees have been cut down to the Lucky Seven (7) drivers as the great fans of the ASALMS rally themselves around their favorite drivers. In the “American Idol” style voting, the latest voting results saw 2007 ASALMS Northern Division Runner-Up, Nick Neville become the latest driver to be "voted off" in the battle for the 2007 ASALMS Most Popular Driver Award. Colt James was once again the leading vote getter after the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend as the Buda, Texas driver has taken advantage of his strong fan base in the great state of Texas to lead the remaining nominees after Round Three. Seven (7) drivers remain, the votes have all been reset to Zero, and here are the remaining nominees: 170 Jeff Choquette, 89 Travis Dassow, 8 Eddie Hoffman, 015 Colt James, 41 Brandon Johnson, 87 Jesse Saunders, and 88 Trent Snyder. There's still plenty of time left to vote and it's real simple; Vote for your favorite driver and that driver who receives the most votes from our great fans of the ASALMS will be honored as the 2007 ASALMS Most Popular Driver at the 2007 ASALMS Awards Banquet and Weekend of Champions on Saturday January 19, 2008 at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The catch is; The driver with the least amount of votes on each Monday of each week leading up to the banquet, will be eliminated from award contention! So don't let your favorite driver be voted off, keep voting as often as you like on the ASALMS Official Forum as well as the Poll Question Sections of the ASALMS North and South websites. So far 19-year-old Nick Neville, Four-Time ASALMS Southern Division Feature Winner, Beau Slocumb and 2007 Pat Bourdow Memorial Rookie of the Year in the ASALMS Challenge Division, Sean Murphy have been voted off the ballot. There will be Two (2) drivers left to begin the new calendar (2008) year. From that point forward, the votes will be tabulated right up until the weekend of the banquet and the Winner will be announced at the 2007 ASA Late Model Series Awards Banquet and Weekend of Champions on Saturday January 19, 2008. Budman
The "8" and the "88" people have been on there all night long and are still on there. They've passed Colt and obviously intend to get so far ahead of him, he can't possibly catch them. Are we going to let them get away with that!?! I think this is their DECLARATION OF WAR! Let's get on there and smoke some A$$!

Budman
I have no idea why, but I find I can vote faster if I do not use the link on this thread, but rather log directly on to asalatemodelssouth.com. It also seems to have fewer interruptions. The last 1 1/2 hrs, 8's lead has been cut by 4K.
