Truck99
Thanks guys for asking about me. I am also owed alot of money from my former employer. I am holding 2 checks that actually bounced and 1 that i can not cash(tried 4 times now). Now my next question is, I was an employee and they withheld payroll taxes from check, I just wonder if IRS has been sent my withholdings and there matching. I know for a fact IRS dont play about payroll taxes. This could get real interesting. Not that im threating anyone by anymeans, Just wonder how it was taken care of. Things that make you go hmmm....If you take withholding out of a check that was never any good, did you really take out withholding in the first place? I bet the IRS has an answer. They have answers for everything, don't they..

DRIVER'S WIFE
The excuse was always..it's in the mail...never did make it to the mail box from Aug.4th. The bounced checks were at the track from James Beasley. By the way, we have 2 that bounced as well. We have copies from the bank and would be more than happy to join in on any action taken. Now that we have settled your original question, it's time to move on. I hope everyone gets the money that's owed them without having to turn most of it over to an attorney. Thread closed.
