Gates will open 9:00 am Racing will start 10:00 am ****IMPORTANT REMINDERS**** MUST GO TO TECH BEFORE PRACTICING It is MANDATORY for ALL RACE CARS to go through Tech BEFORE entering the race track. This means as soon as you unload your car, please go straight to Tech. If you do not take your car to Tech BEFORE entering the track you will start at the rear of the field in the Race/Races. MUST HAVE A WORKING TRANSPONDER DURING PRACTICE It is MANDATORY to have a working TRANSPONDER on your vehicle at ALL on track sessions. If you do not have a transponder on and working you will be immediately black flagged off the track. If you choose to disregard the black flag, you will be disqualified from participating in the days events. If you come out onto the track for a second time without a working TRANSPONDER, you will be disqualified from participating in the days events. This includes practice, and the race/races. MUST HAVE A SPOTTER DURING PRACTICE It is MANDATORY for the ASA Pro Late Models, Pro Modifieds, Pro Truck Series, and Allison Legacys to have 2 Way Spotter communication during ALL on track sessions, this INCLUDES practice. ************************************************************* PIT GATES OPEN - 10:30 AM *REMINDER - ALL CARS MUST GO THRU TECH BEFORE ENTERING THE RACE TRACK* OPEN PRACTICE - 11:30 AM THRU 12:30 PM ORGANIZED PRACTICE STARTS - 12:30 PM TSRS MANDATORY DRIVERS/SPOTTERS MEETING IN MEDIA ROOM - 2:00 PM MANDATORY DRIVERS/SPOTTERS MEETING IN MEDIA ROOM (Except TSRS) - 4:50 PM TSRS QUALIFYING STARTS - 5:00 PM RACING STARTS - 6:00 PM If you have any questions, please let me know.
