NickHolt
JP Karpowicz won the 20-lap Legacy event over John Riley, Eric Schmitt, Eri Brunner and Allen Sampson. Twenty-two cars took the green in a race that was scheduled for 50 laps, but shortened on the run to 20 due to nine caution periods. The event did not get off to a very good start as several cars piled up into the turn four wall as the green flag waved. Sammy May (00) ended up taking a trip to a local hospital as he hit the wall a ton on the driver's side first. Sammy walked out of the wreck, but was quite shaken up. Dillon Spreen and John Riley got together while fighting for second to bring out the final caution with Speen being sent to the rear for the contact. Karpowicz was able to hold of Riley for the green, white, checkerd finish.
