SSCHUCK
What would a track Owner/Operator need more from the Car Owners/Drivers?

Truck99
"back in the day" wasnt' there a call a fellow racer deal or something? what ever happen to it? We did it the year when Chuck was the PR guy - maybe 2 years or so ago. It worked only so-so.
WHAZZUP
SSCHUCK....To put it in the simplest of terms "COMMITMENT". Too many racers seem to have lost or (misplaced ?) this concept. Commited racers "BEGET" comitted fans which,in turn, "BEGET" comitted track owners/operators which, in turn, 'BEGET' commited racers. Get my drift???? It is a vicious circle, but it has to begin with the RACERS!!!!. They are the catalyst , without which , the fan and track owners/operators become a mute point. I can remember a time when the same controversial subjects (rules, purse structure, bad calls, etc.) were just as rampant as they are now. Yes, plenty of whining and complaining by many. However, unlike now, even the loudest of complainers/whiners were back the very next week ready to GO RACIN'!!!! That is COMMITMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEE YA AT THE RACES!!! SSCHUCK
Was this thread about commitment or communication? The Tracks (Owners and Operators) and the Race Teams (Drivers or Car Owners) need to communicate more. This thread was not started to complain about whinning, which is whinning on its own,or about putting fans in the stands or even car count. Both parties need to communicate more,in my humble opinion, that is why this thread was started. So Whazzup if getting after me about it make you feel better great glad to make your day or minute. If you question My commitment you are welcome to your opinion and it is welcome, but should be done on another thread I have thick skin so fire away. WHAZZUP
SSCHUCK......Sorry if you think I stepped out of bounds on your post. Was not my intent. You ask what driver/owners could do to help track owner/operators and I was just trying to "COMMUNICATE" one thing that would help. Additionally, there was no attempt to bash anyone. Just curious as to what responses you were looking for?? SEE YA AT THE RACES!!!
SSCHUCK
No what I asked was what do the Track Owners/Operators need from drivers/Car Owners for better communication you have it Basacwards.
WHAZZUP
Point taken. Try as I might, can't seem to erase my post from this thread. I guess it will have to remain a sidebar. Sorry! Will try harder in the future to "commit" to communication. SEE YA AT THE RACES!!!!
