JRA Kids Club to 'Super Stretch' one of its own

Recommended Posts

The JRA Kids Club at Thunder Hill Raceway is adding a little flair to its membership package.

One lucky JRA member will be whisked a way for a limousine ride to school, thanks to Racing Limos of Austin and All-Tranz Transmission Repair (Austin).

"I'd like to thank Racing Limos, as well as All Tranz Transmission Repair for making this possible," stated JRA co-founder Aaron Brungot. "Without the support of great sponsors like these two, JRA Kids Club would not exist. Shannon from Racing Limos and Duane from All Tranz are just that - great supporters of JRA and local racing in general."

The limo will be a special edition limo, complete with a custom paint job and vinyl lettering. The lucky JRA member will get to take five of his/her friends along with them to school.

The drawing for the limo ride to school will happen just after the kids' bike races this coming Saturday (Sept. 2) at Thunder Hill Raceway in Kyle (TX). The winner must be present to win.

Gates open at 5 p.m. and racing action starts promptly at 7 p.m. The action at Thunder Hill Raceway will feature the Texas Super Racing Series (TSRS) Late Models, who will run the 550-KTSA 75 (Saturday night will also be KTSA Night at the Races; KTSA-AM broadcasts out of San Antonio). The A-line Auto Parts Street Stocks will run a season-high 50 laps. Also in action will be the Hobby Stocks, Grand Stocks, Texas Pro Sedans, Lone Star Legecy Series and NASKARTS. The night will be capped off with the A-Line Auto Parts Demolition Derby.
