rwracingmom
I wanted to let you know that Larry is in St Davids Rehab hospital for some extensive occupational and physical therapy. We do not know how long he will be in there but are hoping for him to build up some strength so he can be more independent. The three major surgeries he had a year ago has taken alot of time to mend and his strength has gone down. He is very upset about missing the rest of the racing season. Walton family, you are in our thoughts and prayers, Larry is such a fighter, we should all get around half as good as he does in that chair! We will miss seeing him there too! rwracingmom
Update on Larry. He will be in St David's for at least a month. He is racing in a manual wheelchair up and down the halls of the 2nd floor. LOL He misses being home and being in the shop with Robert and Gunnar and the gang. He has therapy 4-5 times daily. Getting a real workout. Thanks for all your emails and telephone calls. I relayed all the messages. Love to the racing families Joyce Walton
