[South Texas Speedway]

Once again huge thanks to the fans for coming out we had alot of free tickets but 807 adults in the gate was great. 88 total cars with the dwarfs; without the drivers we could not be doing this thanks for putting on a great show for the crowd.

Thanks GB! I had fun! My boys really enjoyed it too. We've been to many tracks and I have to say this is the first one that they actually sat and watched for most of the night. They really enjoyed it and my two youngest ones even came away with some school supplies. They thought that was too cool! Thanks to whomever put that deal together!

 

Oh, we also brought 1/2 the length of my exhaust pipe full of STS dirt home. lol I heard and felt my exhaust rattling about 1/2 way through the feature....we pulled it off at the track and figured out it was stuffed 1/2 full with Corpus dirt when we got home.

 

Owen, if you want it back, I'm sorry. It's mixed with this DFW sand now.

 

Thanks to Owen and his crew and the guys running in the Thunders. We really enjoyed this weekend!

yea, i have to say that it was really great being there saturday night. and i did actually get to watch the modified race bc the dwarf cars line themselves up. and yea mike great job on the win. it is nice to see some different win for a chnage. hey and that was the night that i was first back..... maybe there is some kind of connection. lol. well i had a great time. i will see yall next saturday.
