With storms brewing around.HCR staff watched showers move around the track. But it didnt stop the fans from coming in the gate to see the havoc on dirt, main event demo derby.Bringing the biggest crowd of the season.with some good hard racing to come. They got to see another first time winner last week in sportsman #1 Rodger Baker. Baker would make it two in a row.when the yankee would spin in turn 4 and Harlin Covert's night was cut short in another incident in turn 3.leaving a green white checker finish.Baker would hold off a hard charging Payne with Skains not far behind. While Gary Dean got his second feature win in hobby stock.when Pivarnik would loss power on the back stretch with 4 to go.Wesley Skains still looks like the man to beat in street stock winning yet another feature.leading from wire to wire , with Timothy Payne and Rob Martin fighting door to door, bumper to bumper swapping 2nd several times. Richard hearn grabs another victory in the pure stock feature after leading most of the heat but giving away the win to #4 Brad Burke. in the main event {demo derby} making it 2 in a row driving the 13x Eric Haver from london, tx.Thanks guys for another good week keep it up.want to give a special thanks to Gordon Ames of krvl the revolution radio 94.3 for his and there support and radio time.Lavender photos for the great pics,Ernies Towing for all the help him and his brother Herman give, and the staff for keeping things going smooth.
