Terry barden has put me on probation for ,when I passed #8 roy loveday for the lead Terry feels I cut him off . I however feel i had him passed and he stuck it in a little harder he hit me in the rear and caussed me too get sideways .I recovered and kept the lead to go on and win the race. I sat down with Terry and Brian after the racing and have a productive conversation... The attitude is great.. it just takes time to fix... Once you establish that, then you can move on to developing trust among the drivers. But, without respect, it invites kaos on any given night.
