rebelracewriter
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: APRIL 25 FROM: TEXANA RACEWAY PARK RETRO RACERS RETURN TO TEXANA RACEWAY PARK THIS WEEKEND from Bill Morris If your racing memories go back to the early days of stock car racing when stock cars were stock cars, you will not want to miss the Super Coupes' appearance at the Texana Raceway Park this Saturday. Super Coupe car owners and drivers have created replicas of cars raced on the dirt ovals in the late 40's and early 50's. With the dependability of modern engines and tires, this class will provide race fans with an exciting look into the past. If you have never seen the way it was, now is your chance to enjoy a live auto racing history lesson. These vehicles were not designed for parades, so be prepared for wheel to wheel racing action. The Super Coupes will be joining the Texana Raceway Park regulars to provide race fans with a full evening of exciting auto racing entertainment. Racing is scheduled to start at 8 PM, arrive early so you won't miss any of the action. The track is located on State Highway 111, three miles Southeast of Highway 59 in Edna, Texas.
