TSTARS Posted April 11, 2019 Report Share Posted April 11, 2019 Racers - In a joint effort between the AFS Racing Promotions, T-STARS Racing and all of the racers we have decided to pay all the purses for the last race on March 23rd. The checks will be written and go out in the mail. The changes listed in the communication that was posted yesterday will go into effect with the next race. AFS Racing Promotions and T-STARS racing are looking forward to putting on great races for the rest of the year with spirited competition as well as a friendly environment for racers, fans, and race officials. We started the series to keep short track racing alive and we are still committed to doing just that. We have to have an understanding that all racers, teams, and families must act in a way that will promote the sport in a family friendly environment while realizing that potential sponsors may be looking on to support our series. We want this series to thrive and grow with the racers as our partners. Unfortunately, due to the weather forecast we are having to cancel the race for this Saturday, April 13th. However, we still plan on having practice Friday night starting at 6:30pm it is $50 per car and $15 per male (girls and women get in free). We look forward to the next race on May 4th.
