DODGE CITY, Kan. (May 14, 2018) – The stampede is on!

After getting pushed back by bad weather last month, the Sixth Annual Modified Stampede will hit the track at Dodge City Raceway Park this Saturday night, May 19.

Whitwell, Joel Lane, Kale Beavers, Jack Kirchoff and 2016 track champion Nick Link among others to post his first win since the 2015 season.

Other opening night winners jumping out to early point leads included Brian Herbert in the DCRP Sprint Cars, Jeff Kaup in IMCA Sport Modifieds, Troy Burkhart in IMCA Stock Cars and Duane Wahrman in IMCA Hobby Stocks.
