Great race today, early stages Bubba Pollard was haulin the mail. Looked pretty fast as did Preston Peltier but bad luck got him as he pitted and was involved in one of a couple of mutli car incidents. Jeff Choquette came on strong taking the point from Pollard and with 50 to go looked on his way but Kyle Busch turned it on for the win.

Chris Davidson ran as high as second before he fell back then was involved in a crash between turns 3 & 4. Rough day for a bunch of big hitters I caught up with Augie Grill one of them and will have that interview on the next radio show.

Tim Bryant and his team present an event second to none I have a feeling I may be heading to the South Eastern states several times in 2018 to watch some racing.

Great to catch up with lots of Texas racing friends this weekend.

Rowdy did not have the fastest car in the race.  The 26 and 9 have great cars, but the talent really won this race.   Rowdy just stayed close enough and did not use his stuff up until he need to go.    Like him or not, his talent was on display in that race.
