TRP Posted May 7, 2017 Report Share Posted May 7, 2017 We want to say thank you to all of the race teams and fans for attending last night. Another great night of incredible competition and good car counts in all four classes. Is seems that focusing on and building the four classes is definitely the correct recipe. We are bumping an avg of 20 cars in each class and that makes for a great show! We want to apologize for misjudging the initial moisture and having a delay with adding some more water. We continue to learn and will continue to strive to improve, but we do apologize for the delay. In spite of that, we were able to drop the last checker at 10:44 p.m. But, the main thing in all of this is that we would never experience one ounce of the success that Texana Raceway Park is seeing without the tremendous support of the teams and the fans and so many sponsors for the track and special events this year. So, as we learn, we say again Thank You to everyone from teams to fans to staff to sponsors. We would be nothing without you! Becky (aka Behind the Scenes) will post results soon and update points, but give her a day or so to get the info loaded. Congratulations to feature winners - Daniel Waer in Pure Stocks, Victor Vargas Jr. in Dwarf Cars, Brad Hayes in Street Stocks, and Shane Hoefling in Limited Mods. Great racing across the spectrum! RacerX03 Posted May 7, 2017 Report Share Posted May 7, 2017 Thank You TRP. Family who attends races most every weekend in The Dallas-Fort Worth area visited TRP last night. Paid many complements to the track. Stated the atmosphire is the BEST of more than 10 tracks they have seen across 3 states. Concessions were like home cooked food at an affordable cost. Loved the SKEWL BUS running for the kids. But, probably most important was the fast paced flow between races with cars in every class able to run 3 wide. They cant wait for the upcoming 2 day show and will be bragging on TRP and bringing other race fans with them. GOOD JOB! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Good job TRP!You ran a great raceThank you...i was really worried about last turn I came in hot but car stuck otherwise it might have been bad...sure was some clean good driving by some fast cars.
