cooter48c
Â Most definitely Shannon. What exactly is the advantage? Â Â more to chose from in spring rates in the single pigtail than double, stock mounts are for double .so you will have to change spring perch to use single

cooter48c
Yep double edge sword, tell ya you can run a single pigtail, but tell you to leave everything stock. Guess that is one for the tech man to decide on. You could always make an adapter plate to fit the stock perch, therefore you are following the rules to the letter, just one of the little knit-picking things. But if you stay within the height requirements and at least one pigtail on the spring all should be fine.

RacerX03
If rules state that a certain spring is "Legal". Then one can only assume that Tech would allow the proper perch for that spring. As long as a stock perch was replaced/installed for that springs use. Adapter's or any other obvious homemade or aftermarket part modifications would most likely not be acceptable. Another hint of grey that needs further clarification. JMO

sm002
At the bottom there says a little something about suspension. That should end the spring perch question I'm sure no one is running anything altered.
