TRP
Texana Raceway Park is very proud to introduce our Marketing Intern, Kayla Sturm. Kayla is a student at the University of Houston, Victoria campus and is pursuing her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Kayla is a major NASCAR fan and season ticket holder for Texas Motor Speedway. Kayla has lots of ideas to continue the efforts of engaging the younger race fans. Among her many ideas, Kayla will be establishing a Twitter and Instagram account for TRP. Also, Kayla will do post race summaries when her schedule allows for those. Next week, we plan to do a Facebook Live feed called "Tour TRP" where we will introduce Kayla as well as promoter Tony Blankenship. We look forward to working with Kayla this season as our Marketing Intern!!

Jamie
I think it is imperative for tracks and series to embrace social media for all of the good it can do; they just have to remember to take the good with the bad. The tracks and series here in NC that I have see have that all figured out.
