Jamie
I got my first action of the year this past weekend at Fayetteville Motor Speedway for some super late model action plus a full compliment of weekly classes. I believe this is the first time I've ever been to a dirt race where there were time trials for almost all of the classes, pure stocks and u-cars only features, but only heat races for the main show, and only two of them. Time trials started about 5:30 and races were done by 10:30, even after reworking the track. Zack Mitchell in hot laps Back-to-back truck series champion Matt Crafton for hot laps. Jamie
Side note about Crafton. There was no hoopla about him being there, I actually didn't even know it was him until their feature when I heard the starting lineup, and there was no increase in ticket prices. He finished third, the first two were in a class of their own, and surprised me with his car control.
NickHolt
Nice work, Jamie! You've got this race car picture taking thing down pat!
Jamie
Thanks. I learned a lot and being that it was only my second time at the track, I feel pretty good about what I got. Hopefully I'll get a few more chances there and I'll be even better.
